Snack Time : Raw Nachos




This is one of my favorite snacks to make ever! It is super easy to make, really good for you, and it taste amazing!

Thinly slice 1/2 cucumber and evenly spread pieces in a bowl or on a plate
Sprinkle nutritional yeast until all slices of cucumber are lightly dusted
Dice onions, bell peppers, and garlic ( I used a small amount of onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 of a red bell pepper)
Top with Avocado, salsa, and what ever else you would like
