Movie - Hardware Wars

George Lucas said "Hardware Wars is my favorite Star Wars parody."

It is super funny watch it

Hardware Wars (1977) is a short film parody of the classic science fiction film Star Wars. The thirteen-minute film, which premiered in theatres only seven months after Star Wars, consisted of little more than inside jokes and visual puns that heavily depended upon audience familiarity with the original. The theme song is Richard Wagner's famous "Ride of the Valkyries". The tagline was "You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll kiss three bucks goodbye."

Desirée's Kitchen Tips

Local and Organic is always better. Go to the Farm's Market!
You need veganaise, nutritional yeast, and soy sauce. Don't fight it.
If you ever find a cast iron pan at a thrift store buy it!
Always have tea (people will like you better I swear).
Aprons are super hot.
Wet knives and onions before cutting to reduce the crying factor.
Sprinkle lemon juice on a cut avocado when storing to keep it fresh longer.
Don't be afraid to try new things but practice with following the recipes first!
Silken tofu is for deserts and sauces. Firm tofu is for cooking with.
To keep cookies from going flat put mixture in the freezer, while the
oven is preheating.
Use parchment paper to line the pans instead of cooking spray for baking.
Do not over heat your pans! Burning food is no fun, take it from me.
You can get all the cooking utensils you need from either thrift
stores or friends
Most of fresh herbs used for cooking can be found around campus! (make sure
you know what your picking though)
Don't be afraid to ask, double check, or YouTube it!

Feel free to email me anytime with questions about vegan cooking and
baking!
